The foundation aims to promote empowerment and equal opportunities for people. Its activities are focussed on north-western Switzerland. It primarily supports and advises women in the areas of housing, education, professional development, health and social participation as well as related topics. The foundation can support people, primarily women, and institutions with similar issues, particularly financially.
