Education

Education is a central key to independence, personal development and equal opportunities. Applications can be submitted by individuals who wish to develop professionally or personally, or by organisations that implement an educational programme that empowers and strengthens people.

The foundation supports women in particular with training and further education and retraining or qualifications that contribute to self-employment and equal opportunities. The prerequisite is that the project is well-founded, pursues realistic goals and makes a sustainable contribution to personal or professional future prospects. Applicants must be in a position to submit an application and correspondence about it themselves or appoint a counsellor to do so.
